These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the equilanceo.com website (hereinafter, the "Site"), operated by Equilanceo S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823645-7, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site and/or subscribing to Equilanceo communications, you state that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides institutional information about Equilanceo services in the area of real estate crowdlending and allows subscription to a newsletter. The Site does not, by itself, constitute a public offering of securities nor personalised financial advice.

3. Informational nature

The published content is for general informational purposes. Investing in real estate projects involves risks, including the total or partial loss of the contributed capital. Before investing, carefully read the documentation of each project and, where appropriate, consult a professional advisor.

4. Registration and communications

The user who subscribes declares that the data provided is true, accurate and current. Equilanceo may send electronic communications to the address provided. The user can stop receiving them at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in each mailing.

5. Intellectual property

All content of the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, design) is the property of Equilanceo S.A.S. or is used with authorisation of its holders. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

6. Limitation of liability

Equilanceo seeks to keep the Site information updated and free of errors, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, inaccuracies or omissions. In no case shall Equilanceo be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the Site.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Equilanceo does not control nor is responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

8. Applicable law

The use of the Site is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, in particular the Consumer Protection rules (Law 24,240), Personal Data Protection (Law 25,326) and, where applicable, the regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV) applicable to collective financing.

9. Jurisdiction

For any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that might apply.

10. Modifications

Equilanceo may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on the Site with its date of last update.
