At Equilanceo S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Equilanceo", "we") we respect the privacy of people who visit equilanceo.com and subscribe to our communications. This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and the rights that you have under Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and the regulations of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Equilanceo S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823645-7, with address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through the website.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data that you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, date and time of access, through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, news and related content; (ii) respond to enquiries; (iii) perform statistical analysis and improve the site; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent you grant when subscribing, as well as on the legitimate interest of the controller for security and service improvement purposes, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25,326.
5. Sharing of data
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (email delivery, web analytics and hosting), always under confidentiality agreements and in accordance with Article 25 of Law 25,326.
6. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases, we require adequate safeguards equivalent to those provided by Argentine regulations.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your relationship with Equilanceo lasts and, afterwards, during the applicable legal periods or until you exercise your right of deletion.
8. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided for in Articles 14 to 17 of Law 25,326 by writing to hola@equilanceo.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority competent to handle complaints and claims.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. The current version will always be published on equilanceo.com with the date of last update.
